As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I legally should not prescribe a meal and/or diet plan. If that is what you are after, then you will need to contact a Dietitian or a registered Nutritionist.
What I can do for you, is to offer nutritional advice on what foods are good or bad for you. For example, I will offer advice you on how much Protein, Carbohydrates and Fats you need to eat during your day. I can offer suggestions on potential foods you can replace or start including into your daily foods to start living a healthier lifestyle.
All of my training programmes are bespoke, each tailored toward your goals and needs. No two programmes are the same, as no two clients are identical. Unlike many PT's, i do not copy and paste programmes!
Whether, your goal is to gain muscle, lose fat, increase your strength and power, or improve your cardiovascular levels!, i can help. Whatever your goal, we will design a programme that best suits your needs!
All my consultations are FOC, as at the end of the day, it is just a chat to see whether we click as trainer and client. We will discuss your fitness and lifestyle goals. If you are unsure whether you have any, or if you have an idea on what you want, but aren't sure how to get there, we will discuss how!
I will also require you to fill in a form called a PAR-q (Pre exercise questionnaire). This is a requirement before we proceed to any sessions, as this form will tell me of any injuries you may have had in the past that potentially prevent us from performing certain exercises or movement.
